I've noticed it may be hard for people to find the rules Journal so I'm making a new one.

We do NOT take:

Animated GIFs, wallpapers or any images based on in game footage or official art, including if they are traced or eye balled.

Stamps. Full stop.

Sonic re-colours or any fan characters.

Fetishes or nudity.

Character X character couplings.

Anything drawn on lined or graphed paper.
Drawings taken with a bad photo. Get a scanner, you can get them cheap.

Long, multi-part comics. One off comics of a few pages are fine, or submit them as one deviation with a download or flash file.

Crossovers with non Sega characters, though exceptions may be made if the Sega characters are in the majority.

No characters from non-Sega exclusive or published games (example: Earthworm Jim, Sparkster) unless in a group pic with a majority Sega characters. Puyo Puyo is allowed as it is now owned by Sega.

Please do not submit more than 5 images in one week.

Photography folder rules:

- Photos of big collections are allowed.
- Photos of small collections are allowed IF the photo is nicely shot like [link]
- Photos of cosplay, sculpts, paper childs, and other non drawing/painting related art goes in this folder, NOT the folder of the franchise.

MOST IMPORTANT RULE:

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

If your art gets rejected it may not reach this groups' high standards. They are plenty of other Sega groups that will accept your art (or any art for that matter) whereas we aim to have the best of the best on here. Please don't join the group, only to leave butthurt after a rejection, you can submit art without being a member too.

You don't have to join the group to submit art, anyone can! Just getting a little tired of people joining the group, submitting a huge wad of art that either doesn't follow the group rules or is of very poor quality, and then leaving the group as quickly as they arrived. Most of the time said people have their art in hundreds of groups that will take anything anyway.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY PLEASE.

Also you can submit to ANY of the groups folders (except Featured, which are hand picked by me as the best of the best) so no need to submit it something that's not Sonic in the Sonic folder. I can move them to where they should be, but it would save me time if they were submitted to the right place to start with.

Concerning the Photography folder. Photos of craft, cosplay or collections should go to the Photography folder no matter what it is of, so say you have a cosplay of Ulala, it would go in Photography rather than Space Channel 5.
